Developer Streumon Studio known for E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy with assistance from Cyanide Studio known for Blood Bowl and Styx got together and created a collaboration under the publisher Focus Home Interactive to make Space Hulk: Deathwing.
This is the newest Warhammer IP on the back of the quite successful Total War: Warhammer and Battlefleet Gothic: Armada. Space Hulk: Deathwing creates vibes of Killing Floor or Left 4 Dead, it is a first-person shooter based on the classic Space Hulk board game set in the Warhammer 40K universe.
Games Workshop constantly give a laughable amount of developers the rights to the Warhammer IP, and only a hand full of times have they not fallen flat or been true to the brand and lore.

You also gain skills, new abilities, and new equipment as you earn experience during missions”.
It goes on to give a taste of whats ins store within the depths of an Alien like hive that is a Space Hulk the main setting of this co-op FPS. “Space Hulks drift along the currents of the Warp, the immaterial dimension of Chaos. Made up of gigantic, mangled asteroids, ship wrecks, and other stellar debris, they can grow to the size of a moon, and often contain treasured and ancient lost technologies. They are often also infested with broods of the lethal Genestealer”.
In states that in the game you take on the role of a Space Marine from one of the most secret and most feared Space Marine forces: the Deathwing of the Dark Angels Chapter.
